Community Features:
Ranchette Square is a residential homeowners association governed by recorded bylaws and rules designed to protect property values and ensure the orderly operation of the community. The Association manages common affairs and enforces community standards for all owners.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
An Annual Members’ Meeting is held once each year in Palm Beach County, Florida. Special meetings may be called as permitted by the bylaws. Owners receive notice in advance as required by Florida law and the Association’s governing documents.
Association Financial Information:
Owners are responsible for regular and special assessments as adopted by the Board of Directors. Assessments fund common expenses, reserves, insurance, and Association operations. Failure to pay assessments may result in late fees, interest, and enforcement actions as permitted by the bylaws.

  • Properties shall be used for single-family residential purposes only. No trade, business, or commercial activity is permitted.
  • No noxious or offensive activities shall be carried out on any lot that may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood.
  • No exterior modifications, structures, fences, or walls may be erected without prior approval of the Board of Directors.
  • Residents must comply with all applicable laws, zoning ordinances, and local regulations at all times.
  • All properties must be maintained in a neat and attractive condition.
  • No signs, advertisements, or notices may be displayed without Board approval.
  • Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. No commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, or RVs without prior approval.
  • All garbage and refuse must be properly disposed of in accordance with community and municipal guidelines.
  • Pets must be kept under control at all times and must not create a nuisance to other residents.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
All ownership transfers and occupancies are subject to compliance with the Association’s governing documents and approval requirements, where applicable.
Architectural Changes:
Any exterior modification, addition, or alteration must receive prior written approval from the Association in accordance with established architectural standards.
