Lakeside Green II-B is an all-ages, pet-friendly community consisting of 120 townhomes/villas located in West Palm Beach, FL. The community offers shared amenities designed for an active and social lifestyle.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held on the third (3rd) Monday of each month at the Master Association’s Clubhouse.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments payable to the Association.
Community Restrictions:
For a complete list of community policies, please refer to the Association's Declaration, Bylaws, and governing documents. The following summarizes key restrictions for Lake Windwood VIII residents:
  • Units shall be used for residential purposes only. No trade, business, or commercial activity is permitted.
  • Common household pets are permitted, provided they do not create an unreasonable source of noise or annoyance. Dogs must be leashed when outside. Pet waste must be picked up immediately.
  • No excessive noise or nuisances are permitted. All residents must comply with local noise ordinances.
  • No exterior modifications, additions, or improvements without prior written approval of the Board of Directors.
  • Only passenger vehicles may park on the property. No commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, RVs, or motorcycles without prior approval.
  • Sidewalks, entrances, and common areas must remain unobstructed.
  • No signs, advertisements, or notices visible from the exterior of any unit without Board approval.
  • All garbage must be properly bagged and placed in designated containers on scheduled collection days.
  • Residents must comply with all applicable laws, zoning ordinances, and regulations.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease within the community. Purchase and/or Lease Application packages must be completed and approved prior to occupancy.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior modifications to the home and/or property must receive prior approval from the Board of Directors and/or the Architectural Review Board/Committee. An architectural application must be submitted and approved before any exterior changes are made.
Garbage and Recycling:
All household garbage must be properly disposed of according to community guidelines. Please follow local waste management regulations and community-specific disposal requirements.
